DOMITIAN, issued as Caesar under Titus, (A.D. 81-96), silver denarius, Rome mint, issued A.D. 80, (3.092 grams), obv. laureate head of Domitian to right, around CAESAR DIVI F DOMITIANVS COS VII, rev. around TR P IX IMP XV COS VIII P P, tripod with dolphin above, (S.-, RIC 48/27, RSC D/321). Unpublished mule of Domitian obverse and Titus reverse, extremely fine and apparently unique.
