Description
Trio: 1914-15 Star; British War Medal 1914-18; Victory Medal 1914-19; also includes scarce Citizens of Lidcombe Tribute Medal 1919. 7849 Gnr A.Finley. 5/F.A.Bde A.I.F. on first medal, 7849 Dvr A.Finley 5 F.A.B. A.I.F. on second and third medals, Pte. A.Finley on Tribute Medal. First three medals impressed, Tribute Medal engraved with renaming. Ribbons glued to card for display, very fine.
The Tribute Medal renaming has probably been done officially as A.Finley is listed on the Lidcombe War Memorial and the renaming seems to be contemporary.
