THRACE, The Thracian Cheronesos (Cardia?), (400-350 B.C.), silver hemidrachm, (2.44 grams), obv. forepart of lion to right, looking back, rev. quadripartite incuse square, dot and I in one corner, helmet in opposite corner, (cf.S.1603, McClean -, SNG Cop. -, BMC -). Nearly extremely fine.
