COLONY OF VICTORIA. Transfer of Equity of Redemption, between Henry William Forster and Catherine Jane Forster, Louisa Mary Forster and Jessie Graham Wheeler for land in the Parish of Prahran, signed, sealed and dated 17th September 1888, with five Victoria duty stamps affixed of five, ten, fifteen and twenty five shillings and six pounds, stamps rare. With folds, stamps fiscally used, very fine.
