BURMA, standard weight of the Burmese kings, the sacred "Hantha or hansa bird" issued late 18th - 19th century, weight 9.17, 14.01, 26.27, 35.13, 55, 85, 270 and 1465 grams corresponding to half, three quarters, one and a half, two, three, five, fifteen, one hundred Kyats; these are all similar varieties, (Robinson and Shaw, The Coins and Banknotes of Burma, Chapter 5, pp.31-4 [figure 12 dates 1878-1885 p.31], cf.M.2830). Very fine. (2)
