GROUP OF FOUR TO SERGEANT ERIC EDWARD SIMPSON, Royal Artillery Distinguished Conduct Medal (GVIR) (789776 Sjt. E.E.Simpson. R.A.); 1939-45 Star; British War Medal 1939-45; Dunkirk Medal. Distinguished Conduct Medal named, impressed, others unnamed. Very fine.

DCM: London Gazette 25 October 1945. 'For gallant and distinguished services in the field.'

Together with some service details. Recipient taken prisoner of war in France in 1940 and held at Stalag 383, Hohenfelds, being released in 1945.
