GEORGE IV, vellum indenture between Thomas Bunyan and William Dobinson dated 31 March 1828 for release of equity of redemption of a Freehold Close in Carlisle Field, two pound duty stamp, Queen's cypher stamp, signed and sealed. Good very fine.
