GEORGE III, vellum imdenture dated 9 September 1788 between Thomas Rawlins and Richard Savage for release of property at Thames Ditton, County of Surry, one shilling and sixpence duty stamp, signed and sealed, seal intact. Some foxing, fine and an historic year for Australia.
