QUEEN VICTORIA, crown, 1899, old head, edge LXII, (S.3937, ESC 316). Steel blue peripheral patination, very fine or better and scarce.

Purchased in Johannesburg, South Africa, September 1976. The edge lettering is very faint, either removed or minted with very low collar pressure.
