PAPAL STATES, Vatican, Pope Clement XI (1700-1721), copper medal, 43mm, by Giovanni Hamerani (1649-1705), 1702, commemorates the restoration of the Bassilica de Ss Dodici Apostoli, obv. bust of Clement XI facing, rev. plan of Bassilica, (Forrer, 2, p.402). Extremely fine and rare.
