CELTIC, uncertain British degraded type cf.Corieltauvi c.late 1st century B.C., g, base electrum pitted light stater, (4.73 grams) (illustrated), obv. animal left, rev. zig-zag (cf.Van A, 804) (illustrated); another similar uncertain type in silver (2.93 grams); others as various fractional issues in silver and base gold, several possibly from Britain, one from Gaul (claimed as electrum from Remes?) (cf.De la Tour 187?). Fair - very fine, several pitted. (6)
