MARCUS AURELIUS, as Caesar, (A.D. 161-180), AE sestertius, issue struck at Rome in A.D.145, (22.62 grams), obv. AVR[ELIVS CA]ESAR AVG P II F COS II, head to right, rev. Minerva advancing right brandishing javelin and holding shield, S C across the field, (S. RIC 1243a, C.576). Dark brown patination with obverse corrosion, otherwise good fine/very fine.
