CARIA, Kindya, (510-490 B.C.), silver Samian tetrobol, (2.028 grams), obv. head of ketos to left, rev. incuse geometric pattern, (S.-, Kagan & Kritt, 'The Coinage of Kindya' in Num. Chron., 1995, 1, SNG Finland 920, SNG Turkey 810, SNG von Aulock 2340, Asyut 687, ACNAC Rosen 617). Superb as struck, extremely fine and very rare.

A similar example in CNG Triton Sale VII 2004 (lot 258, realised $775 +15%US).
