GALBA (A.D.68-9) aureus (7.06 grams), Rome Mint, obv. laureate head to right of Galba, around IMP SER GALBA CAESAR AVG, rev. around DIVA AVGVSTA, Livaa standing left, holding patera and sceptre, (cf.S.2091, RIC 223, C.57). Struck slightly off-centre, a little tooled from being in jewellery otherwise good very fine and rare.
