RUSSIA, cast bronze bust of Nicholas I in military uniform with dress helmet surmounted by double headed eagle, 1825 to 1855, on round pedestal with name of the tsar, from a series of busts depicting Russian tsars, designed by F.G.Solntsev, maker, F.Chopin, foundry mark of 1868, studio version, 29cm high.
