NEW SOUTH WALES, five shillings or holey dollar, 1813, struck on a Charles IIII Mexico City mint eight reales dated 1797 (Mira-Noble 1797/4, dies B/5:II/5). Slightly dished or concave from stamping, reverse countermark only partly visible, good fine/ nearly fine and rare.

Ex I.E.Mira Collection (originally found by Mr Ball in soil at excavation near Brays Bay, Concord in 1955).
