MACEDON, Kingdom of Philip III, (323-316 B.C.), silver tetradrachm, (16.122 grams), Susa mint, issued 320-316 B.C., obv. Herakles head right with lion skin, rev. Zeus seated to left, eagle in outstretched hand, **LA* under throne, to right **FILIPPOU*, dotted border, (cf.S.6749, Price P208, M.85, SNG Fitz 3237). Good very fine, scarce.
