IONIA, Phokaia, (c.477-388 B.C.), electrum hekte or sixth stater, (2.526 grams), issued in 394 B.C. [Bodenstedt dating], obv. Athena helmeted head to left, rev. quadripartite incuse punch, (S.4530 [ú550], Bodenstedt 91, SNG Fitz. 4562, SNG Cop. 1028). Very fine and scarce.

Ex B.A. Seaby, Pty. Ltd with their ticket. The type is known from 9 obverse and 10 reverse dies and only 70 examples of type known to Bodenstedt.
