Awarded annually between 1909-1939 by clubs in the British Commonwealth affiliated to the Society of Miniature Rifle Clubs in respect of the Chas. R.E. Bell Challenge Trophy. (ref. Shooting Awards & Prize Medals to Australian Military Forces by John O'Connor). Ex W.J.D. Mira Collection.
