JENKINS, William. No ( ) Sydney (12) 18(12) W. Jenkins. I Promise to Pay the Bearer the Sum of Nine Pence on demand, in ( ) 9d (Wm Jenkins) (MVR type AW) on watermarked ribbed paper. In tatters but set with backing paper, cut high showing guide to bottom of ornament border of preceding note, poor but previously unknown for this denomination, believed to be unique.

Backing paper has script ink writing (top of a letter?) 29th July 1807 Court opened Masses Hold J (?).
