EXPLORERS CASED SET BY TB WINTER NEWCASTLE ON TYNE C1890, consisting of compass, pedometer, barometer and ivory thermometer in orginal leather and green felt lined box, the thermometer missing mercury glass.
Together with a leaflet calendar for 1900 including an explanation on the comparison of thermometers and barometrical indications.
