GERMAN EAST AFRICA, projected issues c.1916 but not issued for postal purposes, a sheet (10x5) of mint 50 heller, blocks 1 rupee (19 and 5), 25 heller (10), similar to the issues of Mafia Island without the overprints. Generally foxed and some damage and sticking. Unused. (84)
