NATIONAL RIFLE ASSOCIATION OF NEW SOUTH WALES, 1908, in bronze (39mm) by W.J.Amor (C.1908/4), obverse, National Rifle Association of New South Wales / Teams / Rifle Match / N.R.A. Council / & U.S.A. Navy / Sydney / Aug 26/08. Good very fine and very rare.

Ex W.D.Koonce Collection U.S.A. and Spink Australia Sale 33 (lot 2658). A competition held at the Randwick Rifle Ranch between New South Wales shooters and a team from the visiting U.S.A. Naval fleet. Each member of the two teams of twenty received a medal. The U.S.A. team won by 1844 points to 1755.
