ACCLIMATIZATION SOCIETY, Victoria, 1878, in bronze (58mm) by J.S.& A.B.Wyon SC / 1868 / T.Landseer A.R.A. Adj in exergue (C.1868/3), inscribed on edge 'Presented to Messrs Robertson & Wagner July 1878'. With case of issue. Edge bruise on obverse, otherwise good extremely fine.

Ex Philip Kennedy Collection 1973 (lot M49). Robertson & Wagner, 35 Bourke Street East, Melbourne, the proprietors of Cobb & Co Coaches and assisted the Acclimatization Society with the transporting of animals.
