FRANCE, International Exhibition, Paris, 1878, in silver (68mm) by J.C.Chaplain, impressed on reverse within tablet 'J.Kelman'. Extremely fine.

Ex Spink Australia Sale 34 (lot 643). James Kelman of Kirkton N.S.W. - Class 75 - Fermented Drinks. Kelman was an important pioneer of the Australian wine industry, establishing Branxton as a centre of wine production.
