THE VICTORIA MEDAL, c1873, in silver (38mm) by Stokes & Martin, obverse, head of Queen Victoria, The Victoria Medal, reverse, Love / Purity / & Fidelity in a triangle superimposed on a double star design. This piece cannot be earlier than 1873 when Martin combined with Stokes. Good extremely fine.
