BAUDIN'S EXPLORING EXPEDITION, 1801, in silver (38mm) for the Corvettes Geography and Naturalist voyage to New Holland (Australia), by Montagney, obverse, the Consul Bonaparte's bust left (MH 174, Bramsen I,72). Reverse (die I, 'C' over 'A'), peripheral die break on obverse, extremely fine and rare.
