BALBINUS (238 A.D.), silver denarius, (3.074 grams), obv. IMP CAES D CAEL BALBINVS AVG, laureate draped and cuirassed bust to right of Balbinus, rev. LIBERALITAS AVGVSTORVM Liberalitas standing left holding abacus and cornucopia (S.8488, RSC 10, RIC 3, BMC 1). Extremely fine and very scarce.
