MAXIMINUS, (A.D. 235-238), silver denarius, Rome mint, (3.090 grams), issued 235, obv. IMP MAXIMINVS PIVS AVG, laureate, draped and cuirassed bust right, rev. P M TR P P P, Maximinus in military attire standing left between two standards, holding spear in left hand, (S.8311, RIC 1, RSC 46). Toned, good very fine.
