DIADUMENIAN AS CAESAR, (A.D. 217-218), AE sestertius, Rome mint, issued A.D. 217-218, (29.88 grams), obv. bare headed bust of Diadumenian draped to right, around M OPEL ANTONINVS DIADVMENIANVS CAES, rev. around PRINC IVVENTVTIS Diadumenian standing holding standard in left and two standards in right hand, S C in exergue, (S.7453, RIC 211, BMC 149, C.7). Slightly porous surface from cleaning, on a large flan, very fine and rare.
