TIBERIUS, (A.D. 14-37), AE as, Rome mint, issued A.D. 15-16, (10.99 grams), obv. bare head of Tiberius to left, around TI CAESAR DIVI AVG F AVGVST IMP VII, rev. PONTIF MAXIM TRIBVN POTEST XVII, Livia seated to right, with patera and sceptre, S C across, (S.1769, RIC 34, BMC 68, C.18). Good very fine with green-black patination.
