CHARLES I, (1625-1649), Tower Mint, silver crown, Group B or II, type 2a, mm harp over rose over feathers/harp, 1625-6, (30.03 grams), rev. oval garnished shield and CR above, (S.2755, N.2193). Grey attractive patination, nearly extremely fine and very rare in this condition.

Ex Baldwin's 1958 and the J.M. Ashby Auction Sale July 12-14, 2000 (lot 2012) and Spink Auction Sale June 27, 2007 (lot 48).
