PROBUS, (A.D. 276-282), billon antoninianus, Antioch Mint (4.444 grams), obv. radiate bust of Probus to right cuirassed, around IMP C M AVR PROBVS AVG, rev. around CLEMENTIA TEMP, S. in centre field, XXI in exergue, Emperor standing to right, holding sceptre receiving globe from Jupiter standing left, (cf.S.3344, RIC 921, C.87). Trace of silver patina, extremely fine and scarce.
