MARCUS AURELIUS AS CAESAR, (A.D. 161-180), AE sestertius issue struck at Rome in A.D.155-156, (25.82 grams), obv. M AVRELIVS CAES ANTON AVG P II F, bare head to right, drapery on far shoulder, rev. around TR POT X COS II, S C in field, Fortuna standing to left, holding skirt and rudder, (cf.S.4817, cf.RIC 1328, C.693). Dark even attractive patination, nearly very fine, weak at end of obverse legend.
