U.S.A., Grand Army of the Republic, sword and scabbard with elaborate design on handle and scabbard, blade with etched pattern and name E Burnitz, manufactured by G.F.Fosterson & Coy, Chicago. Some rust on blade and scabbard, otherwise good very fine.
