L. MEMMIUS, (109-108 B.C.), silver denarius, Rome mint, (3.920 grams), obv. Male head to right, with oak wreath, * below chin, rev. Dioscuri standing facing, holding their horses, L.MEMMI in exergue, (S.181 [£175 EF], Cr.304/1, Syd.558). Mark on cheek, otherwise nearly extremely fine and very scarce.
