SASSANIAN KING, Khusru II, (A.D. 591-628, 2nd reign), silver drachm, (3.908 grams), obv. bust to right with winged crown, name in outer margin, rev. fire altar, within three circular margins, Aparshahr mint year 7, another (4.034 grams), RIU Artashir mint, year 11?, (Sellwood 61, Gobl 209, cf.M.1107ff). Very fine. (2)
