SASSANIAN KING, Zamasp, (A.D. 496-498), silver drachm, (4.048 grams), obv. bust to right with crown, small bust of son facing offering diadem, name in outer margin, rev. fire altar, year 3 with retrograde date, AB = Abarsahr mint, (Sellwood 53, Gobl 180, Paruck Pl.XVIII, 14, cf.M.971). Very fine, rare.
