NEW ZEALAND, reserve Bank presentation book of New Zealand Dollar Notes, 1967 R.N. Fleming 1967 - 8 presenrted to D.C. Kirkpatrick Esq, signed by G. Wilson Governor, plus 16 signataries on back of the page two of each note tipped into six pages, all with 000000 serial numbers central hole cancellation through signature and overprinted specimen diagonally P. 163 a - 168 a) (2 of each). Uncirculated and very rare. (12)
Scott de Young (p11, The Decimal Banknotes of New Zealand 1967 - 2000, mentions that "an unknown number of presentation books for V.I.P's were published on 10 July 1967 by the Reserve Bank.
