MACEDON, Kingdom of, Perseus, (179-168 B.C.), AE 17, (5.966 grams), obv. head of Perseus to right, wearing winged helmet with griffin on top, rev. eagle facing head to right, wings open standing on thunderbolt, B A above, EP monogram to left, (S.6807, SNG Cop. 1275, Weber 2222). Nearly extremely fine and very scarce.
