ITALY, Calabria, Tarentum (Taras), (3rd century B.C., 302-281 Ravel), silver drachm, (3.11 grams), obv. head of Athena wearing crested helmet ornamented with Skylla to right, rev. owl with closed wings standing to right, TAP on left, club and IOP on right, (cf.S.367, Vl.1057). Bright, good fine.
