SIND, c.5th century A.D., 'Rana Datasatya', pale gold dinar (6.748 grams), obv. Crowned Sasanian-style bust right, rev.fire altar, Brahmi legend, (Senior ONS 149 p.6, 3; cf.Gobl 'Supplementa Orientalia II, LNV 3, E28, see CNG Sale 53 [lots 984-8]). Very fine and rare.
