THAILAND, Southern Thailand, Singgora, round tin coinage (bia, 1/400th dollar), c.1865-1895, 40mm, (15.3 grams), with round central hole, obv. 'Chen Hsing T'ung Pao' (Money of the Impulse to prosperity company), rev. City of Singgora in Arabic, (M.-, P.213). Very fine and rare.

Pridmore 213 (Num.Circ. May 1973 p.199), illustrates a similar example but notes that weight and style vary considerably.
