JAMAICA, cased VIP proof set one cent to one dollar, 1969, all set in a plastic container, with presentation card stating 'Presented to Hon. R.D. Muldoon by the Minister of Finance and Planning Hon. E.P.G. Seago on behalf of the Government of Jamaica', (KM.PS4). FDC, cased, unusual and very rare as such. (6)

Presented to Robert Muldoon at the Commonwealth Ministers Meeting at Jamaica in 1969.
