BEREnGARII:D:G:M, grand master kneeling before patriachal cross on steps, rev. +OSPITAL'S.IOhIS.IRLnI.QTS'.RODI, floriated cross, imitating that of Naples, but with shield of knights at each arm of cross (Metcalf 1208-10 [Pl.47]). Lightly toned, very fine and very scarce.
