CARACALLA, (A.D. 198-217), silver denarius, issued 212, Rome mint, (3.264 grams), obv. laureate draped bust to right of Caracalla, around ANTONINVS PIVS AVG, rev. galley with rowers travelling to left over waves, around ADVENT AVGG, (S.6790, RIC 120, RSC 3). Very fine or better and rare.
