CHINA, Chou Dynasty, Middle to late period, (475-221 B.C.), medium size pointed sharp shoulder pointed foot spade money, Elm Countryside 'Yu Hsiang' [Yu Hsien was a city state of the Han Clan in Ch'i State, in Southern Shantung province, probably this an issue to the countryside around that city), (14.6 grams), height 84mm, (Coole Vol.4 5437, p.217, Not in Sch. TFP 107). Attractive green patina, otherwise good fine and very rare.
