BURMA, standard weight of the Burmese kings, the standing bird 'Duck series' weight issued 1853-1878, weight 285 grams corresponding to twenty Kyats. (Robinson and Shaw, The Coins and Banknotes of Burma, Chapter 5, pp.31-4 [figure 11, p.32], cf.M.2831-5). Good very fine.
