BANK OF NEW SOUTH WALES, uniface one pound, Melbourne, undated (18- printed), not numbered, unsigned printer's proof, stamped 'Specimen' in red in signature reserve, imprint of Perkins, Bacon & Co London, Patent Hardened Steel Plate, with '9th November 1857' pencilled in bottom border (MVR type 7(e)(2), p.82). Corners trimmed, slight toning otherwise extremely fine.
