An Act for the Transportation of Offenders from Great Britain, 21st June 1824; An Act for punishing Offences committed by Transports kept to labour in the Colonies; and better regulating the Powers of Justices of the Peace in New South Wales, 22nd June 1825; An Act to amend the Law relative to Offences punishable by Transportation for Life, 17th July 1837; Further Correspondence on the subject of Convict Discipline and Transportation, 15 April 1847, includes New South Wales, Transmitting Memorials against the revival of transportation into the Colony; and a Report from the Select Committee on the renewal of transportation; and Van Diemen's Land, State of Discipline of the Probation Gangs at Oyster Cove. With foxing and tears to page edges, otherwise fine. (4)
